Recording Consent Agreement

This Recording Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Love Your Lifetime ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client").

1. Consent to Recording By signing this Agreement, the Client grants the Company and its representatives, employees, and agents the irrevocable right and permission to record audio and/or video of the Client during sessions, including but not limited to personal training, nutrition coaching, MMA instruction, yoga instruction, self-development coaching, time management coaching, goal creation, and other life coaching services ("Sessions").

2. Purpose of Recordings The Client understands and agrees that the recordings may be used for the following purposes:

• Training and quality assurance.

• Marketing and promotional activities.

• Educational content and instructional materials.

• Client progress tracking and review.

3. Rights Granted The Client hereby grants the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the recordings in any and all media formats and channels, including but not limited to social media, online platforms, advertising, promotional materials, and educational publications.

4. No Compensation The Client understands and agrees that they will not receive any compensation for the use of the recordings. The Client waives any right to inspect or approve the recordings or any finished product that incorporates the recordings.

5. Confidentiality The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that recordings used for promotional and marketing purposes do not disclose any confidential or sensitive information about the Client.

6. Release of Claims The Client hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that the Client may have arising from the use of the recordings, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of any right of publicity.

7. Ownership of Recordings The Client acknowledges that the recordings will be the sole property of the Company, and the Company shall have the exclusive right to use the recordings as it deems fit.

8. Duration of Agreement This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue indefinitely, unless terminated by the Company in writing. Termination shall not affect the Company's rights to use recordings captured prior to the termination date.

9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in [Your State/Country].

This Agreement is intended to be a legally binding contract, and by signing it, the Client is giving the Company the right to record their Sessions and use the recordings for various purposes. If the Client has any questions about this Agreement, they should consult with an attorney before signing.
